Mundipharma Australia is currently seeking an experienced HR & Learning Systems Consultant to join our HR team in our beautiful Head Office in Sydney's CBD.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this integral role supports and drives the achievement of HR and business objectives through the use of HR, L&D and related systems.
This varied and busy role will allow you to showcase your unique blend of IT and systems capability, coupled with your skills in interpreting and delivering stakeholder learning requirements across all parts of the business.
You will hold responsibility for the operation and administration of systems which support the delivery of learning materials to employees, and provide technical and strategic support to the HR department with respect to the implementation, maintenance and improvement of systems related to employee life cycle management e.g. recruitment, on-boarding and performance management
This role will also provide you with ample opportunity to design high quality eLearning resources to meet the needs of a variety of stakeholders, and to provide systems training as needed by the organisation.
To support your success in this role, you will possess an outstanding customer-service orientation, the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, and a solutions and future-focussed mindset.
Essential criteria:
- Experience with IT delivery & management systems within L&D, HR or other relevant disciplines
- Experience in training design, delivery and evaluation
- Experience in any e-learning software or Adobe suites, in particular Captive, Photoshop and Audition is desirable
- Tertiary qualifications
Candidates with a background in OD or Change Management will be highly regarded.
