The Organisation
A very reputable, medical device and research organisation is in search of a strong HR Manager/Business Partner to join the Australian and NZ business, circa 100-member client group. This organisation is very well respected, one that has passion for helping people and positively impacting ones way of life. The role will be reporting into the HR Director in Singapore with a dotted line to the Managing Director in Sydney.

The Role
You will be apart of the executive leadership board, where you will be instrumental in driving the People and Culture function forward. This position is a true generalist where you are involved in performance management, training, succession planning and projects. This is a permanent opportunity based in north shore Sydney, paying up to $130,000 + Super + bonus.
 
The Criteria
The ideal candidate must hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or equivalent. You will have strong experience in HR Generalist role in a global capacity and strong business partnering background. It is essential that you have a strong passion for HR, positive energy and enthusiasm. Holding a track record of dealing with challenging situations and handling fast paced environments. You will have strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence to deal with all levels of people in the business.
