THE ORGANISATION

THE ROLE 
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead and based in state of the art offices you will be responsible for the recruitment of a high volume of roles all across Australia. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of high quality candidates for all positions as well as advising, coaching and supporting hiring managers on external and internal advertising, selection and interview processes. Other day to day responsibilities will include ensuring the online recruitment system is kept up to date and contribute to national projects.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful in your application you will ideally be degree qualified and have some experience working in a recruitment based role; either internal or agency recruitment. You will be highly motivated and have the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment.
