We are seeking a media planning coordinator to join our busy media planning team, based in our head-office in St Leonard's, you will be responsible for maintaining our media inventory database, inputting all new media sales orders and contracts into the system and inventory reporting and analysis. You will also build strong relationships across the business including sales, finance and operations.

To be considered in this role, you have a passion for administration or customer service and are looking to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as:

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to work unsupervised
• Excellent planning and organizational skills gained by managing competing deadlines
• Advanced Excel and database skills
• Previous experience as part of a close-knit team
