We currently seek a self-motivated and proactive individual to join the Planning department as an Exhibitor Services Coordinator.

The role:

As our Exhibitor Services Coordinator you will….

• Liaise and assist exhibitors by providing them with accurate and detailed information in order to support the planning and booking of services they require for events they are participating in.
• Constant liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure the services requested are understood and communicated clearly and in a timely manner
• Receive and process exhibitor orders, maintain reference files and respond to billing enquiries

You:

To be successful you will have proven experience in an administrative/co-ordinator role held within the events industry. Your will have advanced computer skills, a customer service focus, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to organise and prioritise to meet conflicting deadlines and the ability to work as part of a team to achieve results. Previous exposure to or study in Event Planning would be beneficial. This is a great opportunity to start your career in the industry and work with our Planning team in a world-class venue.
