Out-of-home (OOH) continues to dominate the media landscape with continuous quarter on quarter growth. Driven by diversity in formats, ability to deliver engaging content and technical advancements in dynamic delivery and campaign measurement. Posterscope (Australia’s only Out-of-Home Specialists) are championing this progression across our diverse portfolio of clients. As such Posterscope Brisbane are looking for a capable Business Manager to work closely with the Director. Someone who is keen to finesse their love of OOH, ensuring quality output to achieve client objectives whilst balancing agency trading objectives and delivering strong results for our clients. The Business Manager is also key when it comes to collaborating across DAN and in terms of building strong client relationships on a day to day basis.
  
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  

• Immerse yourself in our clients’ business, understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment and the markets they operate in. It’s key that you understand their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like to apply this knowledge to deliver innovative, ambitious client plans and service
• Support the Business Director to execute strategic plans that advance Posterscope’s mission and objectives to promote revenue, profitability and growth
• Support, communicate and build commitment to Posterscope’s company vision, values initiatives, policies and programs. Translate agency strategy into innovative, executional business plans for clients that deliver business value.
• Manage an assigned agency portfolio. Ensure service and client satisfaction is consistently of a high standard and deliver on Posterscope's vision.
• Deploy initiatives to ensure client satisfaction levels with our recommendations, execution, interactions and overall performance are consistently of the highest possible standard
• Ensure direct reports are working to reach their individual performance targets, regularly checking in - formally and informally – on progress
• Communicate translate and share the DAN Vision & Values in everyday interactions inside and outside of the organisation
• Support initiatives to develop greater levels of integration between Posterscope and sister agencies in Dentsu Aegis Network
• Support the Business Director to ensure client and agency priorities are filtered through to the team
• Deliver innovative and ambitious, strategic and commercial solutions that balance client and agency values, working closely with colleagues and clients
• Work closely with the Business Director to develop and execute new technologies (e.g. Programmatic, ECOS, data usage)

  
Professional skills
  

• Intermediate knowledge of industry standard & proprietary tools such as; Roy Morgan, MOVE and BCC
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail & understanding of the commercial aspects to our business.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
• Strong media planning & investment knowledge. Ability to analyse numerical data and pull out and direct team on convincing insightful conclusions to underpin innovative strategic plans

  
Experience
  

• 4+ Years relevant media experience (e.g. agency or media environment)
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. marketing, advertising, business, commerce)
• Experience in managing a small team of people
• Great client service skills – demonstrated ability to gain trust and confidence
