You may have read in the trade press recently that m2m were successful in securing the Hyundai media account.  This is a fantastic win for us as an agency and we are absolutely thrilled to welcome this high profile new business win.

Hyundai will become our largest client assignment and will join client such as Apple, Sony Pictures, Audible Macquarie Bank and Luxottica to name but a few. 

Critical to our success in effectively transitioning this new account is establishing a highly energetic, smart and capable team - and one that will add to the already collaborative culture we have established within m2m.  We have a highly skilled leadership team that will be here to support and nurture you and ensure that your time at m2m is rewarding and that you will be provided with every opportunity to thrive.

To that end we need an Implementation Executive to be on the front line of implementing campaigns across all channels. Helping the Trading Director in delivering the best trading outcomes whilst supporting the team around you to make sure everyone has everything they need to be able to flourish.

What does your day to day look like?

You are the executional interface with all media owners for m2m and on behalf of Hyundai. Reporting into the Trading Director you will be responsible for delivering on all elements outlined in the implementation brief, document negotiated added value scope of work, deliver all reports on time as agreed with BM and clients, manage BMD loadings and account queries and ensure consistent delivery and up-keep of weekly administration tasks.

As an Implementation Executive at m2m you are in the early stages of your career, but your potential contribution to the team and the broader business should not be underestimated.  The commitment and investment that m2m and OMD have and will make towards training is vast, and as such we expect you to capitalise on all training programmes made available to you. You will be taught, via OMD Academy and on the job training, to be an expert in TV.

Equally we expect you to now show initiative and to identify ways of instilling enhancements into tasks and to demonstrate initiative and proactivity. 

We expect you to carry yourself in a professional capacity, always.  We want you to have confidence, be brave and to give your opinion willingly and frequently.

  • You've already got 1+ years' experience and have started to build an understanding of the Australian Media Landscape
  • You are passionate about media and more importantly buying media and the implementation of great campaigns.
  • You take pride in great work and work hard to support those around you
  • You like the little details and making sure that everything is right.
  • You're organised
  • You're able to think critically and fully evaluate solutions to problems.
  • You actively want to get involved with wider agency initiatives and help drive the culture of the agency.
