An exciting opportunity exists for a detail orientated, Media Traffic Co-ordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced young dynamic team in our North Sydney office. This is a great entry level position for anyone interested in a career in media.
The role involves a variety of tasks, including;
Assisting and reporting to the National Traffic Manager and National Sales Director.
Tasks will include:
Liaising with sales reps nationally.
Preparation of campaign reports for Sales team.
Data Entry- entering of bookings for "on air" activity.
Liaising with all metropolitan radio stations, including Nova, Kiis and all Hit networks.
Liaising with creative department for material for all on air bookings.
Liaising with radio reporters.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a level headed individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to comprehend and learn new systems quickly.
Full training will be provided.
