Senior Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join an impressive Sydney creative agency. This agency has a digital focus and ensures that their customer experience is 2nd to none. They know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times.
 
 
Role details:

• Autonomously manage mid-sized and large systematic projects
• Work with clients and partners to clarify strategic requirements
• Define the approach and scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
• Liaise with assigned partners and manage third-party vendors
• Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes to ensure the delivery of all project deliverables are on time, on budget and of the highest quality
• Lead internal and external meetings, presentations and conference calls, ensuring they stay on task and meet stated objectives
• Assist with eDM campaign management including dispatch.

 
Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years’ experience as a digital producer working on mid to large projects
• Experience with Sitecore or similar content management systems is preferred
• Experience working with campaign platforms like Salesforce and Watson Campaign
• Experience working with project management tools like Jira, Teams, Confluence etc
• Can provide clear and non-ambiguous documentation of requirements, deliverables, schedules and budgets for projects in Statements of Work
• A successful track record of managing large program / retainer budgets
• Experience managing interdisciplinary project teams
• Experience with (complex) content management systems, marketing automation, campaign management platforms, and systems integration projects.
