Our Client
Our client is an award-winning global leader in brand advertising & creative sector. Since the win of a national retail client, we've been tasked to create a new team starting with the Business Director.
Scope
As Business Director, you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction by helping clients gain profitable growth by building, leveraging, protecting and managing the client brand assets. You will ensure the multiple account teams under you are delivering delivered according to the agency's standards of excellence of service and creative across. At the senior end you will be personally accountable for the delivery of brand led business transformation for their key client. You will also play a part in the strategic development of a brand making this 50/50 strategic/tactical. leadership position.
You
You will have 8-10 years experience in a similar capacity of Business Director or higher with a reputable multinational ATL, BTL TTL, agency. This is a heavily retail focussed account so prior experience in this category is highly desirable. You will have strong experience establishing, building and maintaining key relationships. You will have a strong hands-on background in managing and nurturing teams, directing and managing budgets for the client's business.
