BSL/SAVI is looking for an experienced designer to join their team in Tropical North Queensland. The successful candidate will have worked on design projects in an advertising and design studio environment previously. Within this role you will work on all manner of conceptual projects, pitches and advertising/marketing material.

You'll need a passion for innovation, attention to detail and be fast and agile, we're a small team, so you'll need to play well with others and actively contribute to the studio environment and culture. You'll be working on the production of materials for any type of media. The candidate should feel comfortable moving from TV and print to digital media across a range of clients and industries.

As a must, the successful applicant will have:

• Experience working on design projects within a team (agency environment)
• Demonstrated advanced skills in all Adobe CS programs
• Be highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at one time
• Excellent typography skills and attention to detail
• A solid understanding of design from concept to real world completion
• Strong brand development skills
• An eagerness to increase skill level and work hard to achieve own and companies' goals
• A good understanding of online advertising platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Display Networks and the technical requirements for all channels
• If you can write that's a real bonus - both copy and proposals
