About us

Corporate Technology Services (CTS) (www.corptechservices.com.au) is a key provider of audio visual facilities management services to prominent corporate clients. Our services consist of onsite audio visual support, integration, maintenance, event support, equipment hire and broadcast video support. Initially established in Sydney, CTS have been expanding our services to Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth. 

 

Your Role

Reporting to the Video Manager, you will work collaboratively with staff and end clients to further grow our video production services and create quality content.

Our video services may include content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects.

The role offers variety and will encompass some support to our Audio Visual Event Production team and Onsite contracts where we provide AV/IT solutions.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate closely with internal corporate clients and stakeholders to support video requests, produce and edit raw material;
  • Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects;
  • Ensuring content, length, tone and style requirements are met to a high standard;
  • Create more of a social media presence for the company;
  • Manage the company’s video library;
  • Set up and operate professional audio visual, camera and broadcast equipment;
  • Updating documentation and providing reports as required by the company.

 

Your Background

  • Possessing a relevant qualification, you will also have at least one year’s corporate industry experience in video production.
  • Working experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (essential) and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, camera switching and webcasting (preferred)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills- with the ability to converse and collaborate concisely with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Highly developed time management skills with a focus on attention to detail. The successful candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines;
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and unsupervised, with the ability to proactively take on additional responsibilities to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
