About the Role

 We are currently seeking for an Application Architect to join our 

 

Skills & Experience

 To succeed in this role, you’ll need :-

• 1. Extensive experience as a Principal Developer or Application Architect, working for medium to large government or commercial organisations with software design patterns, development standards, and application frameworks.
  2. Extensive experience in integration patterns, service development (SOAP Web Services and RESTful APIs), API management (API security and usage policy definition) and SOA framework, as well as messaging formats (JSON and XML).
  3. Extensive experience in service design and working with analysts and stakeholders to define re-usable API services.
  4. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of network and infrastructure security principles (such as PKI/TLS, Single Sign-On and Federated Identity Management) applicable to solution designs.
  5. Demonstrated experience configuring and developing solutions using CRM platforms such as Siebel, Peoplesoft, Salesforce and Service Now, Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
  6. Demonstrated experience in a wide range of technologies and application designs, in particular .NET 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 development (C# mandatory), Microsoft Enterprise Library frameworks (or equivalent) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
  7. Proven ability to evaluate stakeholder requirements and develop and present solution options to senior management and various stakeholders.
  8. The applicant will be required to work with a range of stakeholders (internal and external) that may include business units, technical units, senior management and executives, and vendors to understand and evaluate key requirements, identify and evaluate solution options, implement and demonstrate proof of concept systems, develop high level solution designs, and develop indicative TCO and resourcing estimates.
  9. The role also includes contributing to project development in a consultative capacity by providing technical design and implementation assistance on an as-needed basis. The applicant will have knowledge and experience across a number of IT disciplines, particularly in the area of integration development (including Messaging, Web Services, REST APIs and API design and management), also including: application development (custom built programming languages like .Net and configuration products like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Siebel, Salesforce and Service Now), network architecture, and core security principles (including identity and access management). The applicant will have extensive development experience on large application development projects for large-scale government or commercial organisations.
