Our leading health care client currently has an exciting opportunity available for a SOE / Application Packaging Team Leader who is a highly motivated professional and manages the ongoing deliverables of high quality SOE and application packaging solutions and support.
 
To be successful in this positions for the following skills and experience are required:

• Must have minimum 5 years as an Applications Packager
• Experience in staff management, including setting targets and monitoring performance of subordinates
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proven knowledge and experience in SOE lifecycle management and deployment including management of test environments
• Has a knowledge of the Application landscape – understands terminology and corresponding Application procedures
• Solid experience implementing and managing Windows End User Computing and server platforms
• Demonstrated experience in application delivery tools, such as SCCM
• Extensive experience in MSI & App-V (version 5) packaging and deployment across large enterprise environment.
• Extensive experience in scripting sequencing and streaming of applications to facilitate App-V and Citrix Streaming
• Applications on Windows 7 & 10 platforms
• Proven experience in Microsoft Active Directory Services and Group Policy
• Experience in design, implementation and support of Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop is highly regarded
• Ongoing knowledge of current developments within the Applications arena
• Experienced with Application Compatibility Administration
• Experienced in packaging and deployment to Virtual Desktop infrastructure
• Experience with IT change control processes
• Strong Scripting Skills (Batch/VBS/Powershell)
• Tertiary qualifications in computing
• Solid experience with Flexera AdminStudio
• Previous experience working in a health care environment
