Currently we have a (Permanent) Lead Architect role available with a focus on Artificial Intelligence & ML. In this role you will lead the use of advanced machine learning and knowledge engineering techniques, adding value to business teams.

As a driver of change you will partner with the business, identify how technology can be used to solve business problems then lead the execution by providing AI, ML and IT Automation Solutions.

You will lead Architects & Engineers to build smart machines (software robots) that act like people to understand the user’s intent and automate tasks e.g. natural language processing, virtual agents, chatbots, IoT / home automation.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with Business teams to gain stakeholder investment
• Understand users intent to Automate tasks
• Identifying business problems and apply AI technology solutions 
• Link and identify business owner with the appropriate advanced machine learning and knowledge engineering techniques to build smart machines 
• Program / Solution Architecture and Options analysis
• Introduce new & emerging AI & ML technology solutions
• Influence and Inspire Change
• Leading a team of Solution Architects & Engineers
• Providing Solutions across DevOps / Automation / Digital Integration / Microservices

Skills & Experience Required:

• Passion for Continual Learning
• Solution Architecture Leadership Exp on large programs
• Deep Knowledge & Exp with New & Emerging Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Technology
• Knowledge of when to apply certain AI & ML technology solutions
• Exp with Google Cloud Machine Learning Engine (TensorFlow, DecisionFlow)
• Exp with Azure Machine Learning Studio
• Exp with Amazon Lex/Polly/Comprehend/Transcribe
• Deep knowledge of (NLP) natural language processing, virtual agents, chatbots, IoT / home automation
• Demonstrated Ability to introduce new AI & ML technology 
• Demonstrated ability to build business relationships / business partnering
• Strong Technical ability across AI / ML and Automation technology 
• Ability to create connection between business priorities and how these problems can be solved through AI & ML
• Strategic Mindset with (technical) attention to detail
• Excellent business solution consulting skills
• Leading collaboration across different teams
