Your role as a Presales Consultant will support New Customer Acquisition team with their superior business expertise, product knowledge, product demonstrations, and other sales material. Your primary focus will support channel and strategic sales efforts relating to our product knowledge, product demonstrations, and other sales material.
 
What you will be doing:
· Assist in maximising sales revenue by working closely with BDMs and business partners to identify and understand client requirements and opportunities, ensuring common messaging throughout the sales cycle, and assisting with strategy and opportunity plans
· Prepare and build or customise product demonstrations as necessary to ensure prospective clients receive commercially/industry relevant and solution-focused product demonstrations
· Ensure unique business value is clearly articulated 
· Demonstrate exceptional understanding of products and their technical/functional capabilities, positioning and messaging, and proactively share vertical and functional knowledge with other areas of the business
· Strive to continuously improve pre-sales processes, tools and collateral.

 
What will you look like:
· Solid software pre-sales or implementation experience
· Superior knowledge of one or more ERP or HCM product competing in the mid-market space in Australia
· Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in easy to understand terms to mixed audiences
· Experience providing functional or technical support for complex/technical product, solution and/or software products and/or services
· Exceptional customer service ethic
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Familiarity and technical experience with business management solutions will be highly regarded
