Position Purpose / Objective
As a Helpdesk Consultant, you will use your legal practice experience to resolve software and hardware issues as reported by our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing Level 1 telephone support for our Australian client base
- Resolving LEAP software queries as reported by clients
- Answering general client software and hardware queries
Key selection criteria
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service is favourable
- Demonstrated problem solving
- Competent using MS Word and Outlook
- A friendly, helpful and team driven disposition
- An interest in learning new technologies
