Your new role
Your new role will be part of a small engineering team making crucial decisions about how to manage and scale complex, high-performance distributed systems. You will provide your own perspective on backend systems and constantly develop innovative ways to improve the way the underlying infrastructure is managed.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will have the following experience:
- Building systems to automate server lifecycle, from configuration management to server bootstrap and decommission
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
- Scripting or coding with 1-2 languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash or Scala
- Familiar with logging and monitoring tools such as Graphite, Grafana, Logstash, ElasticSearch, statsd, collectd.
