Application Support Specialist required by well established and highly regarded company in Brisbane (North side).  You will provide expertise and technical knowledge about the business’ primary internal software systems. You will be the first point of contact for end user queries, working to resolve issues with software applications and escalate tickets as necessary, training users and document creation. Where software defects are identified and prioritised, you will engage in software user acceptance testing, communication with the business with workarounds and time to resolution.

Skills required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong Customer service skills.
• Hands-on software troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

• Keen attention to detail.
