Pathfinder Technology Group are currently seeking the services of a full time communications technician (or Electrician wanting to cross train in the Communications field ) to work with us on a broad range of projects in Perth and Regional WA.
We are a proudly local West Australian business providing specialist Communications Engineering and Services. Our expertise covers all areas of Fibre Optic and Data Networking and also system design and engineering and telecommunications equipment installations.

We are committed and willing to train the suitable applicant to supplement their current skills and experience and are looking for staff with the following credentials:
General Fibre and Data Cabling in high rise and commercial premises
Experience in dark fibre builds and outside plant
Experience in OTDR & Insertion Loss testing
Rack Installation & Wiring Skills including DC Power and Copper Cabling
Equipment Installation including SDH, Ethernet Switches and Routers and Radio transmission gear.

Be accountable and honest and act in a responsible manner when carrying out their duties.
In time we would expect the applicant to grow into a more senior role and undertake some of the following:
Be able to work autonomously on customer sites.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and take responsibility for completing works.
Be willing to liaise directly with customers to resolve issues respectfully and in a timely fashion.
Foster business relationships.
