Who are we?
We are located in Clayton, Melbourne and are the No 1 consulting partner for the MYOB ERP product range in Victoria. We specialise in implementing and providing ongoing support for MYOB Exo and MYOB Advanced to mid-sized businesses throughout Victoria. MYOB Exo and MYOB Advanced solutions includes Accounting and Finance, CRM, Advanced Inventory Management, Payroll and HR, Job Costing and much more.
What is the role?
We are looking for a new team member to join our Implementation team and provide the following consulting services to our growing client base:
- Project management of implementations from Scoping to Go-Live stages
- Documentation of business processes and customer requirements
- End User Training
- Form and report customisations
- System configuration and customisation
- Working with the development team on data conversions and other more technical database customisations
- Much more
What are we looking for in our team?
MUST HAVE
- 2 years' experience implementing MYOB ExoBusiness, MYOB Advanced or other ERP solutions
- Accounting or Business qualifications or demonstrated knowledge of accounting fundamentals and business processes
- Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with SQL scripts and queries
- Demonstrated experience in report writing using Crystal/MS reports or other report writing tools
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Experience with implementing MYOB ExoBusiness or MYOB Advanced
- Experience with SQL Server, advanced skills in SQL queries, triggers and stored procedure
- Advanced reporting writing skills
- Demonstrated experience in producing Business Mapping Documentation
