Program Manager - Wideband
 
The Role
 
The Program Manager, Wideband is responsible for leading a team of Appraisal, Design, Land Access, Process Improvement and individual specialists to deliver the right solutions to customers with the highest quality in the shortest sustainable lead time.
The role is the governing interface and the integrator between the teams that constitute Wideband Design and the Delivery teams to ensure that anything coming out of the Department is consistent, replicable and ensures efficiencies longer term.
The role must ensure that the Wideband team apply explicit content authority provided by the Strategy and Portfolio teams, in order to continually define, prioritise and validate solution technology and engineering requirements.
 
Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years previous experience in service delivery management.
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Management or Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related discipline;
• Capability to act as a leader within the region through driving results, personal commitment, and behaviours
• Able to inspire others and bring teams together to work across time zones and cultures to service clients
• Good knowledge of financial services industry and local market
• Ability to get involved in specific critical issues and address as needed
• Good presentation skills and ability to influence and engage clients and prospects
• Numerate and able to understand business issues and financials to deliver value to the company.
• Ability to comprehend the bigger picture which may conflict on occasion with Regional needs
• Previous experience and ability to negotiate both internally and externally with a "fair trade-off" mentality to discussions
