Due to continued growth. An opportunity has arisen for a talented CRM Business Analyst to take part of a new high profile project. This role will give you the opportunities to work on Dynamics365 and Adobe Campaign. Though any CRM experience will be fine.
Main Accountabilities / Tasks:
- Effective translation of business needs into functional requirements for a CRM system
- Develop high quality deliverables from identifying and defining process flows to developing user stories.
- Identifying high level functionalities and evaluating vendor solution options
- Enthusiasm, confidence and a propensity to speak out, challenge and advise in the best practice development of CRM based business solutions and processes.
- Analyse, map and document business processes using best practice and pragmatism to meet the business need.
- Working closely with the business to solicit/or define requirements, user stories and specifications on the application.
