This industry leading business based in the Parramatta surrounds are in the middle of a few large-scale projects across different states and are working to upgrade their infrastructure and stay up to date with the technology market. Due to this, they are looking to hire a Desktop Support Analyst to their existing team. Although public transport is available, this role will best suit someone who drives.
The role:
As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will:
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to users across Australia
• Support users face-to-face, via email and over the phone
• Work with other teams to ensure minimum downtime
• Travel, on occasion, to different sites in Sydney
• Support users with their devices ranging from desktops to mobile phones
Essential skills and requirements
As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will have:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong experience with Windows 10, Active Directory and Office 365
• Experience in supporting MDM platforms, Citrix, VoIP and desktop imaging
• Good hardware and software support knowledge within a VDI environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
