Must Have:

C# 4.5
RESTful APIs/Micro Services
SQL Server
Scrum
Dependency injection/Automated unit testing
Track record of high quality deliverables
A passion for latest technology
Self-starter

Highly Desirable:

.NET Core
Continuous Integration with TeamCity
Continuous Deployment with Octopus

Nice to Have:

ServiceStack.NET framework
One of: MongoDB or MarkLogic DB experience
Docker
