Key support role for the Pacific Region
We are seeking a client focused individual with experience in technical projects in this Sydney based role. You will be joining a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment and interact with a wide variety of both internal and external stakeholders. The project pipeline will be focused on Sales and Marketing related initiatives, but could also entail a variety of other projects. The purpose is to work as a crucial part of the project team to understand, intersect and manage the client, business and technology need while ensuring a viable solution outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across the product lifecycle: design, build, test, deployment and support within an agile methodology environment.
- Design - develop business requirements, drive workshops to gather stakeholder input, identify issues, determine business change opportunities.
- Build - develop the User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, ensure alignment between business and customer need and requirements are delivered, provide advice and contribute to solutions planning and architecture, coach stakeholders.
- Test - support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure the business participation and support final signoff of the delivered solution.
- Deployment - support the Business Enablement Manager and Learning & Development team in reviewing training content and communications to end user groups.
- Support - after go live, support enhancement requirements definition and prioritisation.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years commercial experience in a technology environment with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, previous experience in analysis/development of customer facing projects and technologies.
- Experience with CRM technologies, capability across stakeholder, business rules and data analysis, organisational modelling and business process re-engineering.
- Exceptional planning and organisation, project management, analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- High level of learning agility and ability to think independently.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, changing and team oriented work environment.
- Enthusiastic champion of change and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal/negotiation/diplomacy skills.
- Facilitation skills at an experienced level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, senior leadership and/or public groups.
