As a Project Manager you would need to project manage the implementation and up-gradation of MS Dynamics CRM. The role needs someone to steer and drive this project also working on as hands-on Business Analyst to analyse the process and make sure the requirements are met.

In order to be successful in this role you MUST demonstrate the below skills:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as a Project Manager ideally coming up from a Business Analyst background
• Experience delivering a CRM Project and Microsoft Dynamics implementation or upgradation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working closely with the business to identify, analyse and document requirements.
• Working closely with the technical delivery teams within an Agile business environment maintaining.
• Demonstrable knowledge of formalised business analysis methodologies and tools to gather requirements and document business/functional processes
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills – ability to deal with technical, business stakeholders including, administrative/business and technical staff
