I am currently working with Global ICT Vendor who is seeking an experienced Network Operations Manager to join the team based in Sydney's Northern Suburbs.

You will be responsible for managing a team of expert engineers within the consulting arm of the business with the aim of providing first class technical support to customers.

You will be responsible for engaging directly with customers and as such must have excellent communication skills and personal presentation.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Cisco networking expert.
• Detailed understanding of customers business goals.
• Ability to prioritize customers support tasks and manage the team accordingly.
• Issue trends analysis skills.
• Ability to identify gaps and suggest operational improvements.
• Customer Network monitoring.
• Create Service Request reports for customers around issue status, progress, business impact, etc.
• Manage weekly service request meetings.
• Ability to understand and analyse business impacts.
• Reports on trend analysis, cast analysis by product type, case priority, IOS and RMA.
• Ability to proactively offer solutions to any operational irregularities and identified gaps.
• Must have excellent customer management experience.
• Account management experience.
• 7+ years networking environment experience (ideally in telecommunications support).
• Executive communication skills.
