Due to rapid growth across Australia, our well-funded client is looking for a solid full-stacker to help drive and mentor a cross-functional team of developers (approx 4 and growing).  
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for helping drive forward various initiatives that range from SaaS Cloud Solutions, tech road mapping through to cross mobile solutions.  Their product is growing significantly, and this opening would have a hybrid of hands-on Dev plus all the above. 

Although not one of the large "Usual suspects" of a client across Brisbane looking for PHP talent, this one is an absolute silent achiever; one that would most definitely give you a more carte blanche feel over the enterprise cookie-cutter approach.  

Requirements

• Strong web app's focus from recent
• PHP background
• MVC frameworks - Laravel, Symfony, Zend and etc. 
• MySQL
• Front-end skills
• Git/Version Control
• Experience mentoring people in a prior opening 
• AWS

Bonus skills and experience

Node.js & iOS/Android app development
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Test-driven development
