We are looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support super star with proven experience in the following key areas…

  • Outstanding telephone skills with an ability to translate complex technical information in to lay-man's terms.
  • Excellent written skills, with an ability to describe technical information clearly.
  • Excellent time management and an ability to prioritise.
  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Enjoy dealing with people and a genuine desire to assist them.
  • Experience in a technical call centre roll, or the events industry, and/or using event management software.
  • A commitment to learning and ongoing personal development

Your role will include (but is not limited to):

  • Trouble-shooting technical software related enquiries via phone and email.
  • Identifying, trouble-shooting and logging software 'bugs'
  • Up-skilling and assisting clients in using our software solutions.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling products and services (e.g. Training, Web templates)
  • Set up and audit of new clients in iVvy Venue and Events Software

The position is full-time, based in our wonderful Gold Coast location. After an initial training period, the role may require evening/night and weekend work on a roster basis. Salary will be determined on skills and experience but, most importantly, on attitude. We have a fantastic team of software developers, graphic designers, support personnel and marketers and we pride ourselves on our work-hard, play-hard attitude. We really are a unique and fun, but productive office to work in.
