We currently have an opportunity for a passionate, highly motivated and experienced professional to take on the role of Systems Analyst within our IT Team.

Reporting to the Manager - Business Systems, you will work within a team to deliver quality solutions and support to enhance the business systems environment. The Business Systems team is responsible for all non-gaming systems including the Hotel, restaurant, security and wardrobe systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide support for business systems to ensure they meet business requirements and customer expectations while proactively identifying and providing solutions to problems to ensure minimum system downtime
• Working with the business to analyse their requirements and produce detailed Business Requirements Documents
• Manage and assist in the management of projects to introduce and update Business Systems to ensure the projects meet time, budget and functionality requirements
• Work with vendors of Business Systems software to manage the process of new features, upgrades and support on a regular basis to deliver added value to the business
• Develop and maintain up to date documentation for support procedures and technical requirements

To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar Systems Analyst role
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications in computer science or equivalent is highly regarded
• Experience with Windows Servers and SQL is highly regarded
• Proven ability to communicate well with all areas and levels of an organisation
• Organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage time

This role will work standard business hours and will be part of a rotating on-call support roster.

The successful candidate is required to obtain a National Police Clearance Certificate and Key Casino Licence.
