Key Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for IT support, providing support via email, over phone and face to face
- Train and assist users
- PC Support
- Escalate issues to 3rd party IT support company and software suppliers
- Deploy and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, iPads and mobile phones
- Set up new users
- Software installation
- Minor website changes
- Arrange purchase of new equipment
- Basic security and user access
- Document processes
- Keep track of hardware and software
- Various projects as they emerge
Key Skills:
- PC support
- Microsoft Office
- Various Windows versions and Microsoft Server
- Qualifications in IT or Microsoft certification, or studying towards
- Experience with an ERP system desirable but not essential
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry well respected
Opportunity to learn the M1 ERP system and assist with report writing and data extracts, loads and analysis.
