We are looking for a self-starting, experienced Level 1/2 Technical Support Officer for an immediate start who will possess the following experience:

• Deploy Images setup by team
• Package and deploy applications
• Assist in migrating users from Citrix to local desktops or laptops
• Desktop/Laptop builds and deployment
• General L1/L2 support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving experience;
• A proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people;

Technologies:

• Windows XP/7/8/10
• Active Directory - account administration
• Patching / basic cisco skills
• Microsoft Office2003-2010;
• MS Exchange;
• MS Systems Centre;
• Hardware, Printers and peripherals.
• DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
• citrix
