About the Role
We are seeking a Desktop Engineer to augment our Victorian Government state-owned enterprise client’s project delivering Desktop/Helpdesk Support. Based on our client’s site in Melbourne Docklands you’ll be providing support in a standard Windows environment.
Duties:
- Standard desktop/Helpdesk duties
- 2nd line support
- Raising Tickets and dealing with requests
- Helping end-users
- Windows 7/10, Outlook and Microsoft Office
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar support role
- Windows 7 and 10
- Microsoft Office
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience working for Government will be highly desirable
