One of the leading Banking and Finance organisations in the Australian market are ramping up their team and looking to add strong Regulatory Change Business Analysts; working on the Code of Banking Practice program.
This is a very stakeholder-facing Business Analyst role, with exposure to dealing with high level individuals, so an ability to communicate effectively and push back when required is essential. You will be confident and articulate in having conversations about complex legislative issues and you will be able to analyse and problem solve legislations that are often very open to interpretation.
The ideal candidate will be able to put systems and procedures in place in order to improve efficiency, not only for this project but for other projects moving forwards. Therefore, someone with a critical mindset and someone able to strategise and map processes would be extremely desirable.
In addition, given the Senior nature of this role, you will be able to coach and support more junior members of the team and lead by example, drawing on previous experience to steer the team in order to drive performance.
This is a large piece of work, with a hard and fast deadline of 1st July 2019, with future work to follow afterwards.
