Service Desk Engineer
A typical day on the service desk will see you completing daily service desk tasks including logging requests, fielding queries, managing tickets, escalations and reviewing client network system health, information gathering and troubleshooting, communicating proactively and effectively with incident stakeholders within agreed service level agreement commitments. Exceptional client service is our mission and our Service Desk team are the frontline to achieving this. Our core business hours are from 8am-6pm and the service desk shifts will be according to a rotating roster. The right person, will thrive working in a team, be able to pitch in to help their colleagues if necessary and always treat others with fairness and respect.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 1+ years of commercial IT experience
  • Minimum entry level Microsoft Certification/s
  • Previous experience working for a managed service provider (ideal)
  • Fundamental IT/Network skills
  • Technical skills in Microsoft OS (10, 8.1, 8 and 7)
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office 365, 2013 and 2010
  • Experience in supporting Apple technologies
  • Understanding of ITSM
  • Exposure to ConnectWise PSA
  • Windows Server OS (Exchange, Active Directory)
  • Citrix/XenApp support
