Senior Front End Developer - React

THE COMPANY
Our client is a successful global Finteach solution provider with a complex and growing application platform. Due to ongoing growth and investment, they are seeking to hire a Senior React Developer to join their development team.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Joining a growing and talented development team who is always up for a challenge, you will take ownership in the design, development and enhancement of the React based application front end.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with product owners and UX designers to gather and scope requirements to build pixel perfect front end interfaces
• Apply your React+ Redux expertise to develop solutions to solve business and technical problems
• Opportunity to train from Angular to React
• Ensure timely solution delivery, managing a high quality of your code
• Mange the development, unit testing and deployment of your work onto AWS
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all times and actively participate in Agile practices

ABOUT YOU
Bringing your significant web development knowledge, you will:

• Have significant coding experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and at least 2 projects with React and Redux
• Anility to lead and develop junior resources when required
• Have a passion for coding beyond your job, having your own list of side projects or portfolio (web or mobile apps)
• Have strong knowledge of UI development best practice
• Be a natural problem solver with a CD mindset and a good understanding of CI principles
• Possess a strong understanding of AWS and application deployment to the cloud
• Enjoy collaborating with your team to solve complex solutions
