• Looking for an experienced L1/L2 IT Support Technician

About the Role

• Level 1/2 IT Support Role for a large Business customer in Lithgow Area
• Suitable candidates must have IT Support/Help Desk experience
• Strong technical background in Windows OS, desktop/laptop, hardware/software and end user support

Your Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Desktop IT Support in a customer facing role
• Build devices, perform IT troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Managing work via ticketing system
• Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to correct resources
• Coordinate and follow-up with end users
• Updating documentation as required such as quick references guides, support documentation, contribute to common fixes and existing knowledge base

Required Experience

• Strong English communication skills are a must
• Ability to deal with corporate staff in a friendly and professional manner over the phone and face to face
• A minimum of 12 months experience in an IT Support and Help Desk role
• IT Troubleshooting and good analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-starter, proactive and have initiative!
• Must have accurate record keeping skills
• Co-ordination skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
