My federal government client is seeking an experienced User Experience Practitioner to support and mature their UX capability and processes. 

Duties:

• Plan and undertake user research activities including:
  • User interviews
  • research analysis
  • usability testing, and
  • insights reports.
• Apply best practice User Interface Design and User Centred Design principals
• Support and mature UX capability and processes
• Develop and maintain wireframes, prototypes, design specifications, personas, service blueprints and journey maps

Skills and experienced required:

1. Demonstrated experience planning and undertaking user research activities
2. Demonstrated experience designing and applying UI patterns to digital products
3. Strong understanding of information architecture, web usability, and accessibility
4. Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively including presenting user research inights
5. Demonstrated skills in planning and prioritising tasks working under pressure to tight deadlines
