Our continued growth and success has opened up an exciting position as E-commerce Coordinator. The role involves working with a dedicated IT team providing a high level of service to hundreds of E commerce clients as well as maintaining company websites and IT infrastructure.
Job Description
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager you will:
- Coordinate and maintain our websites with regards to product and catalogue uploads, new content creation, functionality and user experience
- Monitor our websites daily to ensure they are running smoothly and are up to date
- Assist in onboarding new Ecommerce clients
- Work with relevant team members to help facilitate digital marketing strategy- including newsletters and other e-marketing activities
- Execution and maintenance of products, pricing, and online promotional activity
- Work alongside other members of the IT department to complete tasks and meet deadlines
The Successful Applicant
You will have:
- 2 years previous experience in an Ecommerce environment as a website administrator
- Passionate about Ecommerce and digital marketing
- The desire to progress within an Ecommerce environment
- Pride in your work and deliver to the highest standards
- High level of competence in excel, windows MS platforms
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Ability to switch between tasks effectively, in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail, with a tendency towards analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience working with Magento, Shopify, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce and other major Ecommerce platforms a bonus.
- Photoshop and Illustrator experience a bonus
- IT project management a bonus
