As a Senior Business Analyst within this well-known Victorian authority, you will provide analysis services and deliver defined outputs to support the delivery of the Transformation program, with a focus on digital optimisation and digital solutions. 

Key accountabilities

• Working with a team of Business Analysts, ensuring that analysis activities deliver high-quality outcomes and have a strong focus on the client experience
• Delivering business analysis artefacts, including requirements specifications and models
• Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new business processes and applications
• Maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders.

Skills and experience
 

• Proven experience in a Senior / Lead Business Analyst role with a focus on digital optimisation and / or digital solutions 
• Strong background in requirements elicitation and analysis, requirements management, process analysis and modelling, business process redesign, use case modelling, cost benefit analysis, root cause analysis etc
• Extensive practical experience in waterfall and/or agile project delivery methodologies, and ability to bring 'fresh' ideas to the project team and BA Practice
• Demonstrated ability to build productive stakeholder relationships at senior executive / Executive Director levels
