Your new company
Your company is a multinational corporation and a genuine leader in its industry. They boast a workforce in excess of 10,000 people and provide solutions within their field on a global scale.
Your new role
As the Business/Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the implementation and deployment of a new electronic timesheet solution for a number of different sites across Queensland. This will involve the upgrade from the legacy solution to the new solution ensuring the same functionality, and the subsequent activation of the system (involving implementation of the new processes) and provision of training for the end-users. The requirements have already been documented; you will be involved primarily in the execution phase. Travel will be a large component of the role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience implementing systems of a similar nature, primarily in the time-and-attendance and HRIS space, and these will have involved large numbers of end-users. You possess strong analytical skills, with impeccable communication and soft skills allowing you to deal with stakeholders of all levels. Ideally, you have hands-on experience with mine sites.
