Our Client

Our client is Melbourne based market leader within community services. They are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join an organisation that offers the opportunity for career development.

The Role

You will be responsible for end to end operational business analysis for a management program through strategy, architecture, planning and design. You will also analyse, identify and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service for business process improvement based on implementation and training in accordance with pre-defined development models.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and responsibilities:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in the environmental services industry
• Ability to understand and contribute to architectural design of IT systems
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Result driven with a can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
