The Client
PSG is pleased to be representing a Perth based Cloud solutions provider looking for 1st/2nd line support officer on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your technical skills and gain valuable knowledge with cloud technologies.
The Role
As a 1st/2nd line support officer your responsibilities will be:
- First Point of contact for clients seeking assistance with various technical issues
- Preform remote troubleshooting
- Assist with projects
- Assist with maintenance tasks
An excellent Junior Support Technician must have good technical knowledge and be naturally curious about technology; they must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be the following skills:
- Previous experience in a helpdesk role
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft server environments
- Experience with virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V,VMWare)
The following skills will be highly regarded:
- Azure Cloud Experience
- Cisco networking skills
