The Client
PSG is pleased to be representing a Perth based Cloud solutions provider looking for 1st/2nd line support officer on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your technical skills and gain valuable knowledge with cloud technologies.


The Role
As a 1st/2nd line support officer your responsibilities will be:

  • First Point of contact for clients seeking assistance with various technical issues
  • Preform remote troubleshooting
  • Assist with projects
  • Assist with maintenance tasks

An excellent Junior Support Technician must have good technical knowledge and be naturally curious about technology; they must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.


Your Profile
The successful candidate will be the following skills:

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk role
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft server environments
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V,VMWare)

The following skills will be highly regarded:

  • Azure Cloud Experience
  • Cisco networking skills
