Our client is one of Australia’s largest providers of administration services to the financial, banking and insurance sectors. As a result of their continuous growth they now need a talented level 1/2 Software/Help Desk Engineer.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting customer support issues
- Installation and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile phones etc
- Rostered after hours telephone support
- Using helpdesk systems to log, update and prioritise tickers
Personal Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in a level one position
- Experience in supporting Windows 7, 10 Desktops
- Office 365 administration
- Microsoft Windows server administration experience
