Our client is one of Australia’s largest providers of administration services to the financial, banking and insurance sectors. As a result of their continuous growth they now need a talented level 1/2 Software/Help Desk Engineer.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting customer support issues
  • Installation and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile phones etc
  • Rostered after hours telephone support
  • Using helpdesk systems to log, update and prioritise tickers

 

 

Personal Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years in a level one position
  • Experience in supporting Windows 7, 10 Desktops
  • Office 365 administration
  • Microsoft Windows server administration experience
