The IT Systems Trainer will work closely with the training team to design, develop and implement a training solution for system users. This will consist of development of a suite of eLearning modules, supporting courseware such as training manual/user guides.

You will be responsible for

• Instructional design of an overall training solution (modules, curriculums and supporting courseware)
• Storyboards of eLearning content
• Develop eLearning modules created in Adobe Captivate
• Conduct classroom training session and courseware
• Session plan and supporting resources for a brief face to face training sessions.

You will have

• Extensive experience in all aspects of design, development and delivery of complex training programs for IT Systems within a project environment
• Extensive experience in all aspects of eLearning program development
• Strong experience design, development and delivery of IT Systems Training programs
• Experience working with Adobe Captivate would be beneficial
• Demonstrated experience communicating, consulting, collaborating and negotiating with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
