This organisation is a high growth data driven marketing agency, They're well funded and currently scaling through Australia. They launched her 3 years ago, now with a strong market presence and growing customer base they need someone to join the team to help grow their existing customers

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for building and delivering Salesforce implementations, helping the customer succeed in using the platform and become a trusted advisor. A strong marketing background is  essential and there is an outstanding company on-boarding process to help move you forward in your career. 

Performance Objectives

• Deliver Salesforce Implementations through mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Ensure client success though client platform understanding 
• Develop rapport with clients and provide support that will continually improve the relationship and champion the brand 
• Lead delivery meeting to manage implementation

You: 

• 2-5 years experience working as a delivery manager within marketing campaign
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills - attitude and enthusiasm is absolute key in this role.
• Experience working an account through a structured framework is highly regarded
• Problem solving skills with strong business acumen
• Hunger to learn and grow with the business as they scale through Australia 
• Marketing knowledge/understanding is highly regarded although not essential
