Due to the unfortunate departure of a very talented Digital Project Manager, an opportunity is now available within a small award winning agency based in Melbourne's inner suburbs.

This position would suit a Digital Project Manager who's seeking to grow their skills into a more Senior PM role. 

This award winning agency support clients across digital strategy, user engagement,
user experience, digital design, development and ongoing support. The technology expertise is in the opensource space (Joomla!, Wordpress, Drupal).

The Project Manager will manage the workflow of projects through to ensure projects
are delivered on time, within budget and of a quality that clients have come to expect.  This position requires working closely with our clients and internal resources to maintain a collaborative team environment.

What you'll be doing:

• End-to-end project management
• Requirements gathering  
• Managing budgets, timelines and resources  
• Creating required specs and documentation  
• Working closely with design/UX, development and content to ensure best-in-class products are being delivered  
• Managing stakeholder expectations
• Proactively identifying and solving client problems
• Proactively contribute to ongoing development and process improvement
• Contribute, share ideas, be passionate, and inspire your colleagues

 What you'll need to get the job:

• Experience delivering digital solutions
• Proven ability delivering projects on time and to budget
• Strong client management skills
• Proven experience working to agile methodologies
• Solid experience of working on large scale digital projects
• Experience with Government, Utilities, Education and Not-for-profits clients an advantage
