The Role:
An incredible opportunity exists to join ACH Group full time, at the Mile End office as Infrastructure Engineer within the Digital Services team.
In an exciting time of technology transformation, in an industry of growth, you can make your mark and contribute to the team by providing high quality service in the delivery of ICT technical support and administration.
Duties:
- Provide ICT technical support to members of the Digital Services team and broader ACH Group staff
- Help to deliver stable and reliable ICT infrastructure services
- Maintain ICT security practices
- Actively monitor systems and respond to alerts
- Seek every opportunity optimise the network and minimise downtime or service interruptions
- Liaise with various vendors
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Installation of ICT equipment
- Support the team and the division to achieve organisational goals and strategies

About You!
You will have fantastic stakeholder and peer relationship skills and capable of prioritising competing requirements to ensure stable / reliable ICT services for ACH Group, in addition to:
- Being a seasoned ICT professional in a similar role, with exposure to broad technologies
- Having advanced troubleshooting experience and ICT administration experience
- Having advanced network troubleshooting and administration experience preferably with Cisco and Fortinet devices
- Preferably possessing formal qualification in IT/computer sciences or similar and/or significant experience in a similar role along with possessing technical certificates
- Having initiative, to be an information seeker with outstanding collaboration skills
- Possessing a strong desire to learn, contribute new ideas and improve processes
- Demonstrating that you can provide high quality customer focused service
- Being proactive, a problem solver and solution finder
- Having great attention to detail, with strong written and oral communication skills
- A satisfactory National Criminal History Record Check less than 12 months old
