ICT Sales Specialist
The Haddcorp Group is a family of technology-focused businesses based in Northern New South Wales, providing Telecommunications and IT solutions for both consumer and business customers. Their largest business, the Telstra Business Centre Northwest NSW based in Tamworth, specialises in providing IT and communications solutions to businesses throughout the region.
The Business Centre is on the lookout for a driven individual to join their Premier Sales Team on a full time basis. The role is based in Tamworth however requires travel throughout Northwest NSW. If you're looking for a tree change, this role is for you!
Reporting to the Premier Sales manager, the Data and ICT Sales Specialist will be joining a team of positive and professional individuals in a dynamic environment who have the ability to work autonomously while staying on task.
Through effective questioning, you will gain an understanding of the client's needs and build technology solutions from our suite of products including data networks, MPLS networks, applications, and ICT solutions. You will thrive on providing solutions to drive productivity and profit for our customers.
You will be joining a vibrant, dynamic motivated team of high performers, who have the ability to work autonomously and staying on task. You will be provided with constant motivation and incentives to hit your monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining a well-qualified pipeline of prospective opportunities through establishing and maintaining relationships with clients throughout Northwest NSW.
- Preparing and delivering quality proposals and sales pitches on our diverse range of solutions, with a demonstrated understanding of ICT products
- Gain a thorough understanding of the client's objectives in order to ensure long-term business relationships
- Be responsible for managing the customer's experience including liaising with all key stakeholders according to communications expectations
- Work in conjunction with the Group Technical Specialist and Technology Solutions Specialist to build solutions to meet the customers' needs
Essential Criteria:
- You have the ability to effectively communicate with all customers
- You are motivated and driven to exceed monthly KPIs and expectations
- You have great time management skills
- You have a passion for delivering solutions while ensuring customer advocacy
- You have a high attention to detail and data accuracy
- You have objection handling and complaints management skills
- You have a keen interest in learning and using new technologies
- Previous experience in a similar sales or IT role is required
- You must be available to travel and stay throughout the region
In return you will be offered a competitive base salary plus a very generous uncapped commission structure. The role has an OTE of $120K p.a. plus super, company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone.
